HB97 will almost certainly be referred to the Senate Transportation
Committee but there is a slight chance that it could go to Courts. No referral
has been made at the time of this posting. When it is finally referred I will
publish the names and email addresses of the appropriate committee members.
HB187 - Prohibiting Motorcycle Only Checkpoints - Passed
its second reading by voice vote and moves on to it's third reading tomorrow.
