HB 2010, our bill to give choice to motorcyclists age 21 and over has been assigned to the Transportation Committee.
It has historically gone to Militia Police and Public Safety
which is a committee much more inherently disposed to pass this
legislation.
Despite our attempts, and despite the attempts of our patron who
has worked hard to get it there, the bill has been assigned to
Transportation.
This makes it more difficult – but not impossible – to get the bill to the full floor.
The following Delegates have been supporters and would be inclined or have already promised to support this bill.
I would urge you to send email to them thanking them for their past support and urging their support for this bill.
If you are a constituent let them know.
If you know any constituents have them send letters.
